How we compare

The rules we follow

  • We use each company's own public pages, and we list them so you can check.
  • If a page does not mention something, we say so. That does not mean the company lacks it.
  • We say where the other product is stronger, including where AiroHR falls short.
  • We show list prices and how we worked them out. Your own quote may differ.
  • We recheck these pages from time to time. If you find a mistake, tell us and we will fix it.
FAQ

Common questions

Which payroll software is best for a small Indian company?

It depends on what you need. Zoho Payroll is free for up to 10 employees. AiroHR charges per employee with no base fee, which suits small teams that also need attendance. Larger teams should compare quotes.

Which is the right choice if I want filing done for me?

Razorpay Payroll says it files and pays TDS, PF, PT and ESIC for you. AiroHR prepares the files, and your company uploads them.

Which suits factories and contract staff?

AiroHR is built for this, with contract staff by firm, duty-based pay and read-only logins for principal employers. The other companies' pages we read do not cover contract labour registers, so ask them directly.

Are these prices final?

No. They are list prices from public pages on 30 October 2026. Prices change, and your own quote may differ.
