Run every client site from one payroll
Guards, housekeeping and facility staff work at many client sites, on different hours and different pay terms. AiroHR keeps each site on its own terms, pays by the duty, and lets each client see its own attendance, never your salaries.
Built around the client, not the head office
Each client can have its own hours, pay basis and salary month. Staff deployed there follow those terms.
Each client, its own site
Add each client as a principal employer and link it to a site. Everyone deployed at that site follows its rules.
Pay by the duty
Set the hours in a duty for each client, such as 12. Pay on days or on duties, client by client.
Double duty counted
On a duty-based site, two full duties in a day count as two days of pay, so a guard who covers the next shift is paid for both.
A salary calendar per client
1st to month end, 26th to 25th, or 21st to 20th, chosen for each client.
Read-only client login
Give a client its own login. They see headcount, attendance and duty hours for their site, and nothing about salaries or your other sites.
Punch at the site
Staff punch in the app with a selfie and GPS inside the site's geofence. A punch outside it goes for approval.
Night duty
A punch-out after midnight closes the duty that began the evening before, so night staff are not shown as absent.
Uniforms and ID cards
Record what each person was issued on their profile, and see what has to come back when they leave.
Statutory compliance
PF, ESI, PT and LWF run with payroll, with the EPFO ECR file and bank files at the end of the month.
From a new client to payroll
Set up the client
Add the site, then choose the duty hours, pay basis and salary calendar.
Deploy your staff
Assign people to that site, and pin the site on the map for its geofence.
Staff punch on site
Attendance and duty hours build up day by day, and the client can see them.
Run payroll
Duties, overtime, advances and fines flow into the pay run on each client's terms.
Clients see enough, and no more
- A client sees only the staff deployed at its own site.
- A client login shows no salary figures and cannot open any HR page.
- An HR user can be limited to chosen sites. See Security.
- Removing a client also removes its login.
Also for agencies
- Staff supplied by a sub-contractor, processed firm by firm with a statutory annexure.
- Salary advances and loans, recovered through payroll.
- Fines with approval, and a way for staff to dispute them.
- Exit and full and final settlement, with uniforms collected.
Questions from agencies
What does a client see when they sign in?
A dashboard for their site: who is deployed there and, for the month they pick, present days, leave, absences, duty hours and overtime hours. They see no salaries, no other sites, and no HR screens.
Can one client pay on duties and another on days?
Yes. Each client has its own pay basis, duty hours and salary calendar. Anything left blank follows your company settings.
How is a double duty counted?
On a duty-based site, hours worked are divided by that client's duty length, so two 12-hour duties in a day count as two.
Does this work for housekeeping and facility staff?
Yes. The same site, duty and pay rules work for any staff you deploy at a client.
Can AiroHR raise invoices to our clients?
No. AiroHR gives you the attendance, duty hours and payroll figures, and invoices are raised in your accounting software. A payroll journal for Tally is built in.
Does it track guard patrols or checkpoints?
No. AiroHR records attendance at a site. It does not record patrol rounds.
This page describes AiroHR as of October 2026. Steps done by employees need the employee portal or app on their plan.
