Delete Your Account or Data

1. Apps Covered

This page applies to the AiroHR Employee app, the AiroHR HR app, the Airo Lens kiosk app, and the web portal at airohr.com.

2. If You Are an Employee

If you use the AiroHR app or portal through your employer:

1. Ask your employer’s HR or admin team to close your account, or email admin@airohr.com from the email address on your AiroHR profile (or call +91 63634 63737) with your name, company name and employee ID, and say what you want deleted.
2. We confirm your identity and tell your employer. Your employer controls your employment records, so some deletions need their go-ahead.
3. We complete the request without undue delay and confirm by email.

3. If You Are a Company Administrator

Email admin@airohr.com from the registered admin address to close the company workspace. You can export your data before the workspace is closed; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. What Gets Deleted

Your login, profile details, contact details, app sign-in tokens, push-notification registrations, face-attendance enrolment (Airo Lens) and profile photo, and documents you uploaded.

5. What May Be Kept

Records that the law requires your employer or us to keep, such as salary registers, payslips, PF/ESI contribution records, TDS and Form 16 data and invoices, are kept for the periods the law requires. They are kept only for that legal purpose and then deleted or anonymised.

6. Face Data Only (Airo Lens)

There is no self-service “delete my face data” button in the apps. To delete only your face data, ask your HR administrator to delete your face enrolment on the Airo Lens kiosk, or email admin@airohr.com. If you also want the enrolment photo removed from your profile, say so in your request.
