One payroll for every store
Stores open long hours in different cities, with part-timers and rotating days off. AiroHR gives each store its own attendance and roster, while head office runs one payroll.
Head office control, store by store
Each store is a branch with its own location, staff and roster. Payroll and compliance stay in one place.
A geofence for each store
Staff punch on the app with a selfie and GPS inside their store's geofence. A punch outside it goes for approval.
Or a kiosk in the back room
An Android tablet running Airo Lens lets store staff punch by face, with no phone needed.
Rosters and rotating offs
Plan each week on a grid or from Excel. A rostered weekly off overrides the usual pattern, so a Sunday can be a working day and a Tuesday can be off.
Part-time staff by the hour
Pay part-timers for the hours they punch, with the hours and rate shown on the payslip.
Incentives
Add each person's incentive or commission for the month as an Additional Payment, and it goes through payroll.
Stores in many states
Professional Tax follows the store's state, or a state set for the employee, using the slabs in your settings. LWF follows state rules too.
Limits for store managers
An HR user can be limited to chosen stores, and reporting managers see their team in the employee portal.
Seasonal staff
Send new joiners a link for their documents, and mark seasonal staff as Fixed-Term Employees.
Late-coming rules
Late and early fines follow your rules, and need approval before they are deducted.
One week across your stores
Plan the roster
Each store's week is set on a grid or uploaded from Excel.
Staff punch at their store
By selfie on the app or at a face kiosk.
Stores are reviewed
Punches that need a look, overtime and leave are approved in one place.
Head office runs payroll
Attendance, incentives, advances and fines reach one pay run.

Questions from retailers
Can we have stores in different states?
Yes. Professional Tax follows the store's state or a state set for the employee, using the slabs you save in your settings for each state.
Does AiroHR connect to our POS or billing system?
No. AiroHR does not read sales. An API is available on request for sending data between systems.
Can it work out commission from sales?
No. Work out each person's amount from your sales reports and enter it as an Additional Payment. It then goes through payroll.
Can a store manager approve leave?
Yes. Leave can go to a named approver, who needs an HR login. That login can be limited to their store.
What if someone forgets to punch?
HR can correct the day with a manual punch edit, and it is then counted in payroll.
Can part-timers and full-timers be paid differently?
Yes. Full-timers are paid on their salary structure, and part-timers set up as Work Basis staff are paid for the hours they punch.
This page describes AiroHR as of October 2026. Steps done by staff need the employee portal or app on their plan.
