Service Delivery Policy

1. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping or delivery charges. Everything you buy from us is delivered online.

2. How the Service Is Delivered

• Web access: your company workspace opens at https://airohr.com/login.
• Apps: employees and HR can use the AiroHR Employee and AiroHR HR apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and the Airo Lens kiosk app on an Android tablet (included in every plan).
• Login details: the company administrator receives login details by email. Employee logins are sent by email, SMS or WhatsApp when you add employees.

3. Activation

• Free trial: our team sets up your trial workspace, for the trial period agreed with you, after we receive your request.
• Paid plans: your paid plan is activated after successful payment, or after your written order for invoiced customers. You get a payment confirmation, and your GST invoice is available under Billing in your account.
• Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Karnataka. Our standard support hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST; Enterprise plans include 24×7 priority phone support.

4. If Something Is Not Delivered

If you have paid but cannot log in, or a paid feature is not active, contact admin@airohr.com or +91 63634 63737 with your company name and payment reference. We will fix it or, if you prefer, cancel and refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Onboarding Help

There are no setup fees. Data migration is free: our team helps you bring your existing employee and payroll data into AiroHR during onboarding at no extra charge.
