While AiroHR strives to maintain up-to-date compliance with Indian labor and tax laws, it is the Client's responsibility to:
Ensure legal compliance as per their state and industry requirements.
Review all outputs (e.g., salary sheets, tax filings) before final submission.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City, e.g., Bengaluru, Mumbai, etc.], India.
AiroHR may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the website and notified via email. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
