These services are delivered via our web-based platform, and/or in conjunction with manual support for full-service clients.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely employee data, salary details, bank account info, and compliance credentials.
  • Ensure approvals and confirmations are given before payroll cutoff dates.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and inform AiroHR of changes (new hires, resignations, bonuses, etc.).
  • Comply with applicable labor laws and tax regulations.

AiroHR will not be held liable for issues arising due to incorrect, outdated, or delayed data submission by the Client.

3. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
  • All employee and organizational data is treated as strictly confidential.
  • We use industry-standard encryption and cloud security practices to store and process your data.
  • AiroHR will never sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law or with your written consent.

4. Fees and Payment Terms
  • Service fees are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as per your subscription plan.
  • All invoices are payable within 7 Woeking days of receipt. Delayed payments may attract penalties or temporary suspension of services.
  • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or ongoing monthly subscriptions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Service Availability
  • AiroHR strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for its platform.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet issues, or force majeure events.
6. Third-Party Integrations
  • Some payroll services may integrate with external systems (e.g., accounting software, bank APIs).
  • We are not responsible for errors or failures arising from those third-party systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • AiroHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising out of your use of the services.
  • Total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the last 3 months.
8. Termination
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Upon termination, Client access will be revoked, and all outstanding dues must be cleared.
  • AiroHR will provide data export support for up to 30 days post-termination.
9. Compliance Disclaimer

While AiroHR strives to maintain up-to-date compliance with Indian labor and tax laws, it is the Client's responsibility to:

Ensure legal compliance as per their state and industry requirements.

Review all outputs (e.g., salary sheets, tax filings) before final submission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City, e.g., Bengaluru, Mumbai, etc.], India.

11. Modifications

AiroHR may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the website and notified via email. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
