All payroll information provided by AiroHR Technologies Private Limited (“the Company”) is strictly confidential and intended solely for the individual employee. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of payroll information is prohibited.
The Company takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of payroll data, including salary, deductions, statutory contributions, and benefits. However, in the event of discrepancies, employees are required to promptly notify the HR/Payroll Department for review and correction.
All applicable statutory deductions such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Income Tax, or any other deductions mandated by law are applied in accordance with prevailing government regulations.
Salary payments and deductions are processed in line with the terms of employment, Company policies, and statutory obligations. The Company does not assume liability for any changes in tax laws, government notifications, or statutory contribution rules beyond its control.
Payroll slips and statements are issued solely for the purpose of employee records, financial verification, and statutory compliance. They should not be used for any unauthorized purposes.
The Company reserves the right to make adjustments or corrections to payroll records where errors, omissions, or regulatory changes are identified.
Employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their payroll information and ensuring that their personal and bank details on record are accurate and up to date.
